The following Laws & Regulations govern the functioning, discipline, and community standards of Royal Retreat, ensuring a safe, transparent, and harmonious living environment.
All residents, tenants, guests, and visitors are expected to comply with these rules as part of the Royal Retreat community.
2. Regulatory Compliance
2.1 Governing Acts
Royal Retreat operates in accordance with the following statutory laws and regulations (as applicable in Haryana/India):
- Haryana Apartment Ownership Act
- Haryana Registration of Societies Act
- Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA)
- State & Municipal Corporation Rules
- Fire Safety Regulations & Building Codes
- Environment, Noise Control & Waste Management Rules
All society affairs are managed in compliance with these legal provisions.
3. Residents & Members Responsibilities
3.1 Registration
All residents (owners or tenants) must:
- Complete mandatory registration with the Royal Retreat RWA.
- Provide accurate identification and occupancy details.
- Update information when household members change.
3.2 Conduct & Discipline
Residents are required to:
- Maintain peace and harmony within the premises.
- Avoid actions that disturb neighbors or disrupt community life.
- Follow community guidelines regarding noise, pets, parking, and maintenance.
4. Visitor & Guest Regulations
4.1 Entry Protocol
- All visitors must be registered at the security gate.
- Delivery agents, service providers, and guests must follow entry/exit procedures.
- Overnight guests must be informed to security or management in advance.
4.2 Behavior Expectations
Visitors and guests must comply with all society rules and are the responsibility of the hosting resident.
5. Parking & Vehicle Rules
- Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas.
- Double parking, blocking pathways, or using other residents’ spaces is prohibited.
- Speed limits within the premises must be strictly followed.
- Unauthorized or unregistered vehicles may be denied entry.
6. Noise, Music & Celebration Guidelines
- Loud music, DJ systems, or high-volume gatherings are restricted after 10:00 PM.
- Residents are encouraged to celebrate festivals responsibly without disturbing the community.
- Prior approval from the management is required for large gatherings or event setups in common areas.
7. Waste Management & Cleanliness Rules
- Segregation of waste (wet, dry, sanitary) is mandatory.
- Littering in corridors, gardens, or common spaces is strictly prohibited.
- Bulk waste must be disposed of according to society guidelines.
8. Pet & Animal Regulations
If pets are allowed within the property:
- Owners must maintain control of pets at all times.
- Pets must not be allowed to soil common areas; immediate cleanup is required.
- Excessive barking, aggression, or disturbance must be addressed by the owner.
- Pet vaccination records must be updated as required.
9. Use of Amenities & Common Areas
9.1 Amenity Access
Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, gardens, children’s play area, community hall, etc., must be used responsibly and within operational hours.
9.2 Booking & Events
- Prior booking is required for private events.
- Damages to society property must be compensated by the resident responsible.
10. Safety, Security & Surveillance
- Security checks, entry protocols, and emergency procedures must be followed.
- Residents are encouraged to cooperate with security staff at all times.
- CCTV surveillance operates for safety; tampering with security systems is a punishable offense.
- Fire exits, extinguishers, and emergency equipment must be kept accessible.
11. Maintenance & Dues
- Monthly maintenance charges must be paid on or before the due date.
- Delayed payments may attract penalties as per RWA policy.
- Maintenance funds are used for upkeep, repairs, staff salaries, utilities, and community services.
12. Violations & Penalties
Royal Retreat reserves the right to impose penalties for:
- Repeated rule violations
- Property damage
- Misconduct with staff, residents, or management
- Non-payment of dues
- Unauthorized modifications to common property
Penalties are imposed following the RWA’s standard procedures.
13. Amendments & Updates
The Royal Retreat RWA may revise or update these Laws & Regulations from time to time.
All residents will be notified through official communication channels.
